1. Scope and services
These terms cover Luluka Archive, comments, Luluka Mail, Luluka Social and ARCANA FILES. This is an unofficial fan project, not an official service or partnership with the original rights holders.
Registration notices and service storage and usage limits also apply. Personal data handling is explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and security
Create an account you can control and protect your login password, signed-in devices and mail app passwords. Impersonation, account theft and unauthorized access are prohibited.
Mail, social and game features may share account authentication. Automatic login survives server restarts but expires or ends on logout or security action. Always log out on shared devices.
3. Using mail
Addresses on supported domains can send and receive real email. Webmail and IMAP, POP3 and SMTP may use different authentication; external mail apps use a separately configured app password.
Spam, phishing, malware, unsolicited bulk sending, sender forgery, illegal distribution and relay abuse are prohibited. Check the safety of attachments and external links.
Sending does not guarantee delivery or reading. Recipient policies, DNS, provider limits, storage and network failures can delay, reject or bounce mail. POP3 deletion settings and emptying trash can remove originals; keep independent backups of important mail.
4. Social, comments and user content
Public profiles, posts, replies, quotes, images and public interactions can be viewed by others. Do not post others’ personal data or copyrighted works without permission. Spoiler labels are a courtesy, not confidential storage or access control.
Hate, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal content, fraud, flooding and report abuse are prohibited. Blocking, muting and reporting are available; a report does not guarantee immediate removal. The same rules apply to private messages.
User content remains the property of its author or rightful owner. The operator may store, reproduce, transmit and display it as necessary to provide the service. Deletion cannot recall independently saved copies, external caches or copies already delivered.
5. Game use and saves
ARCANA FILES is an unofficial fan game with fan-created cases and dialogue. Game currency, items and progress are service data, not cash or a right to refunds, redemption or trading.
Guest saves may depend on browser identifiers; clearing storage or changing devices can make them inaccessible. Check in-game notices for account saves and offline progress limits. Closing during saves or network failure may prevent recent progress from being saved.
Unauthorized requests, automation abuse, save tampering and excessive load are prohibited. Balancing and bug fixes may change values and progression; records obtained through abuse may be corrected.
6. Moderation and availability
The operator may hide or remove content, restrict sending or limit accounts and features according to violations and risks. Except for urgent security or illegal-content action, reasons and appeals will be provided where practicable.
Maintenance, outages, security incidents and provider issues may interrupt or change services. Closure or material changes will be announced in advance where possible, with guidance on saving data. These terms do not remove statutory rights or exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes and requests
Material changes will be announced on the site with their effective date before application. Use the operator contact shown on the site for rights complaints, restriction appeals and account requests. Original works remain the property of their rights holders.
